Don R. Freeman
Owner/CEO
Don has spent his entire career in grain handling, working in every area from sales to engineering to owning his own manufacturing facility. Upon retirement in 1984, Don purchased Agri-Products. He took the company from a three-man welding shop to a world-class manufacturing facility. After more than 25 years at Agri-Products, Don continues to have a presence in day-to-day operations.

John Bulin
Sales & Marketing
John joined Agri-Products in 1985. After spending years working on the manufacturing side of the business, he moved into a managerial role in the sales department. John also manages end user marketing and represents Agri-Products at industry trade shows.

Vice President in charge of operations
“Donnie” began his career at Agri-Products in 1993. He spends the majority of his time in the manufacturing facility, overseeing all of the production, scheduling and material ordering.

Jay Schlegelmilch
Production Assistant
Jay joined the team in 2007. He currently works alongside Donnie, assisting with cataloging, manufacturing times, inventory control and shipping. He plays a key role in the daily workflow at the facility.

Natalie Schlegelmilch
Office Manager
Joining the team in March of 2009, Natalie manages all aspects of the Agri-Products front office. She is instrumental in building and maintaining customer relationships, and her computer savvy has helped the company stay at the forefront of technology and communication.
